Cookies & Tracking Policy
Effective date: Oct 2025
Scope. This page explains how Viper Games, LLC uses cookies and similar technologies on viper.gs (the “Website”), and how mobile identifiers are used in our Apps distributed on Google Play and the Apple App Store.
1) What are cookies and similar technologies?
- Cookies are small text files placed on your browser to store information.
- Local storage and pixels/beacons are similar technologies used to remember settings or measure activity.
- Mobile identifiers are resettable device identifiers used in Apps, including AAID (Android) and IDFA (iOS).
2) How we use them
- Strictly necessary (Website): deliver pages, balance load, and protect security (e.g., session cookies, CSRF protection).
- Performance & analytics (Website & Apps): measure usage and improve features (e.g., Firebase/Google Analytics, Crashlytics diagnostics).
- Functional (Website): remember language, region, or consent choices.
- Advertising & measurement (Apps and, where applicable, Website): deliver ads, cap frequency, fight fraud, and measure campaign effectiveness (e.g., AdMob/Unity/mediation partners). Personalized advertising is used only with your consent where required.
- Security & anti‑fraud: detect invalid traffic and abuse.
3) Managing your choices
- Website banner: Accept or reject non‑essential cookies via our banner; update choices anytime using the persistent “Cookie Settings” link in the footer. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) where required.
- Apps: Open Settings ▸ Privacy ▸ Data Controls to manage analytics and ad choices or to Delete My Data. You can also reset or limit identifiers in device settings (Android AAID; iOS IDFA). On iOS, if tracking is enabled, we will request permission via App Tracking Transparency (ATT) and you may change your choice in iOS Settings ▸ Privacy & Security ▸ Tracking.
- California: To opt out of “sale” or “sharing” for cross‑context behavioral advertising, use the “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link (Website footer and in‑app privacy menu).
- EEA/UK: When required, consent is collected through our banner/consent management platform (CMP). If we participate in IAB TCF 2.2, you can view and change granular vendor choices in the CMP.
- Browser settings: Most browsers let you block or delete cookies; doing so may affect site functionality.
